Alright thanks! I'll go get a replacement for it, the voltage was extremely low (well under 1V)
That being said I don't have much experience here but .03V sounds weirdly low for that, does that mean something else could be wrong too? Could've also been reading it wrong not sure
I think the diode is ok too, same voltage
