Emerson ECR1350 dead?

hello, I recently got a free ECR1350 but it won't start. I'm very new to the whole process so I'm not sure where to start, it seems completely dead even though the fuse is fine...? Was a bit confused opening it up since it looks like it wasn't really used much at all (barely any discoloration anywhere on either board except on VCC and such), and all the capacitors look completely fine. That being said, I've only checked the largest one so far but none of the others are bulging or anything, so I don't really know where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :[!

also i can't hear the flyback noise or anything so i don't think it's starting

things i've checked so far:
- fuse (ok?)
- one cap (seems ok)
- the three resistors around it (R502 and the two others like it, all seem ok)
