Are there any American-made converter boxes?

I can't seem to find this information anywhere. Are any of the long list of converter boxes made in America, or at least not in China? Nothing like filtering the signal to your vintage TV through a cheap, plastic box (sometimes with one of the bought-off names of one of our former great American manufacturers) that feels and looks like it has all the quality of a dollar-store radio! There must be some kind of option!
