Not made in USA, but I have seen one converter box that is Made in Bulgaria in Europe than in China sold at Fry's Electronics. Perhaps the Made in Bulgaria is the closest to Made in USA, since Bulgaria and USA population are mostly European descent. I do not remember the brand, but it was white color. I may know the brand. Just reply back if interested, and I may take some of my time off to identify the brand.
