Help from those who have a CTC-19

Im trying to get my ctc19 going right. CRT tests strong, but need the kine bias switch all the way to max and the G2 controls all the way up to get a decent picture. HV is ok. The first thing to check is B-Boosted boost voltage, supposed to be 1080 volts. I read about 730 volts. If I disconnect the B boosted boost lead to the vertical linearity pot, I get about 880 volts. If I completely disconnect the screen controls along with the vertical linearity pot, I read about 1066 volts which is good. As of now, I cannot find out what could be loading it down. Any ideas appriciated.
Those of you who have properly working CTC19's can you please check your B boosted boost voltage and let me know what you have?
Thanks

I think this is almost the same chassis as a CTC-31 isn't it...you probably could check out the screen circuit of a properly working CTC-31.
Aren't there spark gaps on the circuit board on the screen leads...maybe there could be leakage there?

Sorry I don't have a ctc 19 or I would take a reading for you.
Are you sure it is a load problem? I would check all the resistors and diode in the boost circuit. Do you see a change in the vertical lin or brightness as the set warms up? A guess would be it is in the vertical circuit if it is a load problem.
