1970's Curtis Mathes

Hello, I won a 1970's vintage 9" Curtis Mathes color set on eBay. Do any of you know if Curtis Mathes made their own stuff, and did any of you work on them? I just remember the old ads that said "expensive and darn well worth it" I don't know about that! but was curious on any repair experiance some of you service techs had. Thanks!

Got the Curtis Mathes....

Recieved the 9" Curtis Mathes I won on eBay. Interesting 70's design and great picture. (it is an NEC chassis) However the seller didn't pack very well at ALL, and it got kinda banged up, so don't know yet if this one will be a keeper. At least it doesn't take up alot of space.....
