Who Made Randix TVs 1980's ?

I found a Randix 13" color TV model CM 1330 just wondering who the manufacturer was? I'm trying to find a close Sam's photofact for it. It has a Goldstar CRT 370FCB22, Flyback # 154-074N, Yoke # 153-047E, Audio out transformer 151-167B. Has a STR 30115, D1453 and Vert out chip is LA7830. Do any of those part #'s belong to a particular manufacturer? I like to give these sets a chance before I send them off to a land fill. I get audio for a few seconds and then it goes into shut down. How do you start to troubleshoot these flyback derived power supply sets when they are in shut down?
Thanks

Judging by the part numbers on the CRT & transformers it could well be an Goldstar in the days before it became LG
