I have finally come to post photos.
Creightors&Freightors did an excellent job. The price was expensive for my budget but was definately worth it. I have here a pic of the package after I took the box off and the styrofoam panels out.

The vertical panels were checked by a very experienced Motorola tech and the wiring, connectors, and yoke all "look" good I was told there is a resistor on the chassis that is likely bad but I have not been able to pinpoint a chassis resistor that I know is in the vertical. I guess I will have to buy a schematic and a scope to figure it out.
I will post more pics of the chassis soon.
This set is of museum quality and beautiful as well. I will be wanting to obtain about 7 exact screws that are missing. I also hope to find the parts to install for the factory remote option. I would pay anybody fair prices for them.

Hey Captain Moody! If you check out this thread, this is that Motorola that had me stumped. It was the one I got, and then had you work on the modules for me. I ended up giving it away to jroberts500. From the screen shot he posted, do you have a clue to what might cause this. You had thought maybe a resistor, as the modules checked out fine on your set.

Ah crap! I think the resistor was either a 33 or 330 ohm. I will have to get into my moto manuals and they are buried right now. Hold off on a scope as you won't need it to repair that easy problem.
This weekend I will get the info for you.

Ok, got a sams as it was easier than digging for the moto manuals in the back room.
I know we eliminated the "H" panel but did we check or sub the "E" panel? that's where the Vertical sync comes from. Might be a crapped out cap causing problems on that board.
As far as the resistor, I don't see it on this chassis and may have been thinking of the Quasar II "hybrid" chassis instead.
So check that panel, there are two 4.7uf caps in the feedback circuit that I am sure are dried up. Also check or replace a 1.5uf on the emitter of the vertical shaping transistor.
Just to be safe, (they are probably on their way out anyway)replace instead of checking C18E, C19E and C28E and let me know what happens.

Jamie had sent both the panels to get checked out and they were expected to be ok. It appears as though Q9E was changed at some time although it is a Moto transistor.
I tried those three caps with similar ones and it seemed to perform much the same with very little difference. I made a few resistor and transistor checks but found nothing bad.
Thanks for checking the Sam's. I will keep looking on eBay for an original Moto schematic. I imagine the fastest way to get this is with a scope but it will take me quite a while to get a good scope and do that method. However, I am not going to give up!
