Quasar, Works in a Drawer

Anything desirable here? A co-worker has a Motorola she wants to "unload" for $40 with a good picture in a faux oriental cabinet. It's about a '68 model. The big selling point of these was ease of service, with a front, slide-out chassis and about 13(?) modular boards that could be swapped out fairly quickly. As I recall, the early solid-state circuitry was trouble-prone, plus, sections that failed weren't always a matter of simply plugging in a board! Dog or deal?

Thanks,
Michael

If it works and it's the TS-915 chassis That doesn't sound all that bad, I spent 50.00 for mine, It is a combo with a Drexel cabinet.
