What to do ??

Hi all,

I was just given a 42" Heath Zenith big screen that I have no use for ... It works ... but the focus is soft ... real soft ... in fact its bad ! But, the tubes are bright and the green one was replace with in the last 3 years ! But I have not the time or inclination to mess with it ... I have both the heath assembly manual and the corresponding zenith repair manual ... I know it needs converging, Possibly even a focus block if one is available. I did get in behind it and try to align the dang thing ... but I only succeeded in making it worse. Not wanting to sit down and go thru the step by step alignment proceedures as I think I will let that to some one who has more time than myself . I am willing to give this to somebody if they want to stop by and pick it up ... I will under no circumstances ship it ! I am located in SW Michigan ... so weather will be a factor to consider this time of year ....

Its really a nice TV .... for someone ... even tho I have the space .,,,, My Newer HD Monitor is all I need .... So the Heath goes ... let me know !

BTW it is mid eighties vintage .....
