No,the only connection between this set and the 2 RCA's you mentioned are the knobs. The 621 and 630 use magnetic deflection and this set uses electrostatic deflection so that circuitry would be almost totally different.

The Teletone uses a 7JP4 CRT.
It's closer to a Motorola VT-71 than a 621 0r 630.
