I remember that model well. That only swiveled. When you had to take it to the shop with another guy helping you. That damn swivel would always pinch your fingers. Hence why I remember that model so well.

Yup, gotta watch your fingers ! The Zenith eq had 2 bolts to unlock the swivel.
The cabinet looks identical. Very good sellers. The Z came in dark or light oak. Young uns went for these & oldsters went pine or maple. Always kept a stack of them in stock. They did looked good in any room. Not your style ? I can show you an ultra modern, treasure chest or corner set. Wish I could go back....... 73 Zeno  LFOD !
