Does anyone know if there is service manual or schematics available for a Panasonic TC-51M75A? I'm trying to work out if the TV could be modded to accept RGB inputs but my google search ended up empty handed...

Nothing here. If you want you can find the data sheet for the jungle IC
if it has one. Then draw it out from there.
