Working on a Magnavox RA5038FR02, T815-09

Greetings.

Recently acquired a Magnavox model RA5038FR02. All I get is static noise, and a dim raster if I crank the agc down all the way. I've got a pattern generator on order to check if the trouble is the tuner or the main chassis. Also, I tried to contact Rick at Stereomanuals. I then realized the last posting on that site was about 2006. I fear the site may be inactive?

All this to say I am having a really hard time getting any service data on this set. Allegedly it is in Magnavox Service Manual 7357, which I cannot find anywhere.

This really looks like a very low hour set, as there is barely even dust in the chassis, and the HV lead is spotlessly clean. Screen controls are about 1/4 from the bottom.

Any thoughts?
