SR1000 VCR tape loading problems

Found these VCR at the side of road. VCR is in pretty good shape and dose work 1/4. When the VCR does work it has very good picture. The video will show you the problem. I have tried everything I can think of. I'm stuck if can't figure it out the VCR will probably be used as parts for other VCRs https://youtu.be/Aq46l2_MHMw

Seen it before. You will need to access the take up side slider assembly from underneath. Its mechanism is either binding or a cam gear driving the loading sliders is damaged. I would bet when the take up side slider snaps into place, it's not tightly against its stopper, affecting the RF envelope. The supply tension band could also be worn. There's too much tape slack on the supply side. I can't tell from the view if the supply tension arm is swinging out towards the inetia roller by the full erase head. You may want to verify that.

As odd as this may sound I think it was the tape I was using. So far it has worked without the tape lossing tension on over a dozen taps. loading and unloading them about 30 times. As far as the guidepost It gets stuck with a tape instered if I trick the machine with no tape it seems to work fine. I have checked the came gear it's fine, the tensioner band is like new, and all the gears in the loading mechanics seem to be fine. If VCR gives more trouble I will porced diging into to the VCR forther. I have the sanyo version of this VCR and it seems to behave the same way and the both have an annoying buzz over the audio on RF only.
