Is this set restorable?
Found this on a ghost ranch in Nevada.

If it wasn't for the name on the face "you can('t) be sure if it's Westinghouse".
to parody their old slogan. If you can find a picture tube it could be restorable. I've seen shango fix worse and fixed worse myself.

As an "I'll bet I can" challenge to yourself, sure it's restorable, if it means that much to ya.....
Personally, since I'm already sitting on a few too many restoration projects that are in way better shape than that poor relic, I'd have left it back at the ranch with the ghosts

Grab it, before Shango066 starts a resurrection video series on it

With enough time and parts it could happen.
CRT would be the toughest part to find. Next would be the flyback or the yoke if they were bad. Everything else would be easy to find. |
