Seeking Thordarson FLY-35 connection diagram. Raytheon M1101

I am attempting to assist someone long distance to replace a Flyback in a Ratheon M1101. He has obtained a Thordarson FLY-35 which is the listed sub but it came without a connection / instruction sheet. Does anyone have the instruction sheet that was included with FLY-35 from the factory? I realize he could possibly determine the connections with an ohmmeter but a connection diagram with appropriate terminals is preferred, mainly for the secondary winding. None of the Thordarson catalogs that I have include the detailed flyback winding diagrams.
