This one I take personally. In the early to mid-1970's I was a student in a high end public high school outside of Philadelphia. My career goal in life was to become a "TV Cameraman". The school had a program called "open campus" and I usually hungout at the library. One day a librarian handed me a 16 MM reel. It was a brand new print of this film/short. I always remembered the "Glen Campbell" footage, so I was able to find the short/film here. A lot of the footage is from activity at the television station WCAU channel 10 CBS in Philadelphia with some stuff from WPVI channel 6 ABC...

Blub, Spec's, Reviews. Maybe not all three.

Pretty silly overview of how you! Yes you! Can have the qualifications to have xciting career in television or radio. Teams to list off any hobby that you might have and connect it to the field. Interesting that they mention rights management as a possible career. There's a lot of questionable footage of popular stars such as Glen Campbell and Barbara Streisand.... I can imagine they didn't get clearance for that.

Probably took the stance that it's fair use for educational purposes.

I'd like to know what that shot of a video flight simulator was doing in there.
