Hi to all,

Watched it on YouTube as "live" was 02 AM European time.

Really enjoyed the meeting & saw many familiar faces from ETF Conventions.
A big Thank You ! to Steve & Dave Sica for organizing this.

Darryl's collection of pre-war sets is absolutely stunning,
Thank You ! for this privileged tour.

I was interested to note that Darryl systematically plugs/unplugs sets from the wall plug. A good safety reminder to never leave an old TV/radio plugged in while away (fire hazard, etc.). The On/Off knob is not good enough...

Also interested by the comment that Philips MW22 & MW31 CRTs were shorter/better focussed/brighter than the ubiquitous RCA 5FP4.

Old_tv_nut : Wayne, nice to see you & loved the colorful turkey on your beautiful roundie.

Best Regards

Hi Jerome, thanks for the comment.

I keep trying to goad other roundie owners to post holiday-related roundy pix - can never get enough of those old beasts (I mean the sets, not the owners).
