Early Hallicrafters T-54?

I received a 1948 Allied Radio catalog in the mail and it has a Hallicrafters T-54 TV on the front (and inside). What I thought was interesting about this was it had a slightly different front than I see on the T-54. The knobs look a lot like the SX-42 radio and the letters on the panel are in different places. Was this ever a production TV that looked like this? Or was this possibly a prototype? Looking to see if there are any Hallicrafters gurus out there. I would love to find a T-54 like this. Thanks!

I've seen that one. it's just a preproduction air-brushed drawing. Many, in fact I'll say most, early TV ads show sets with slight differences from the production models.
