I agree about late 50s, 60s. Looks like a 23 inch CRT, and wondering if it might have come to CA from Canada.

Most 60's ones were just a stereo console with Tv in the middle, I like this, its different. they must have mode more typical ones too. with the rectangular tube its probably a 1960 or newer model year.

I only saw one of them! Around 1961-62. It used 6CW5's se, in the output stage.
