Sencore "Super Mack" Restore/Rejuv Question

Hello everyone. Recently, I stole a mint condition Sencore CR31a Super Mack off of ebay for a ridiculously good price. It came with all documentation, adapters, and HV probes, including a 1980-1981 CRT setup book. I was wondering, how aggressive are the "Beam Builder" Rejuvenation/Restoration functions on this tester? Have people had good luck bringing back marginal CRTs with the Super Mack? How aggressive is the rejuvination function versus the timed "cathode restoration" function. I was just wondering what the general consensus on these units are. I know that Sencore units seemed to be held in pretty high regard back in the day.
