What is the rating of this resistor?

I've got a blown 47k resistor but I'm not sure what the wattage rating is (or should be). The schematics don't specify. Can anyone tell me? It's 3.7mm in diameter.

It's probably a 1/2 watt, most of them are in an old TV or radio.
The one next to it looks like a 2 watt.

If you compare the half watters with the burnt in half one, it seems to be a 1 watt resistor. Unless they consider the smallest resistors to be a quarter watt. I would use a 1 watt. First, you have to find the reason why it burned up.

I did buy extras specifically for that reason, but so far so good. The radio is working great. The replacement seems just a tad smaller, but not small enough to make me question it. Next time I order parts I may reconsider the wattage though! Oh, and to be clear, this radio hadn't been recapped so the blown resistor could've been due to out of spec caps.
