weird little jcpenny and i need a power cord

Found this one today. I like it.

IT takes some weird plug that i havent found. no idea what that is all about.

Anyone ever seen one before?

It appears it is a 4 prong keyed plug...but there is another 3 pronged smaller type plug above it. Not sure which is for what exactly. It is dated 1981. I can see what looks like a bit of glue residue for a square sticker that appears like it was right near the power plug.....and another small spot up near the 3 pronged plug. They are both missing. I couldnt find anything online using the jcpenny model number shown.

4 prong looks like an AC/DC input.

What you have is an RCA built ac/dc set. The 3 prong
is for a battery pack. The 4 prong is for AC or DC 12V.
Get it wrong & you see fire engines.........
If you can get the KCS*** number I can look it up &
see which pins are for AC if I got the manual.
Number may be on back but IS on the chassis.

I wonder how much they're charging for the dust?
I have the cord you need! I'll send a P.M.
