This one has been discussed before, he's trying to sell two predictas, both for insane prices even if they were in good shape.
"NEON NEEDS TO BE FILLED WITH GAS TO OPERATE" Is this something the new owner will have to do to use it?  I think the seller is filled with gas, or smoke.

It could be worth some money for the cabinet and CRT case, but not $950 ha ha.
