Need help IDing TV circa 1950

I'm trying to identify the first TV that my family owned in the early 1950's. As I remember, it was a floor model TV. The distinquishing feature was a spiral channel selector on the right front of the console. It was a multicolored spiral, semi-transparent, and back lit by a small bulb. As I recall, but I was only 4 or 5 years old, there were a lot of 'channels'.

Does anyone have any information on a TV like this.

Most likely a Dumont or one of their Clones.
Possibly an RA-103 http://antiqueradio.org/art/DuMontRA...erspective.jpg
