NRI Course 21" TV Kit
I ran across a un-built 21" NRI course set on CL. I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with the course material, and the quality of the kit TV that NRI was providing to post Korean War vets under the GI bill?

I built a 25V NRI kit TV back in the 1980's. It worked great. The instructions are straight-forward.
Before I built the TV, I built the oscilloscope. I had to have it to set up the TV as I went along... Also built the dot/bar generator. I still have the oscilloscope. The TV died in a moving accident. |

1980's, that must have been a solid state set? Did your TV have a cabinet, or was it only a chassis?

I used to have a 19" B&W NRI kit TV from, probably, the late '60's. The cabinet looked older than it was and the chassis used a mix of tubes, transistors, and IC's.
