Mine was somewhat negotiable also. They went from $350 to $175. That a 19" though, make sure to check the CRT.

Reflection of a bicycle, distorted? I had a newer Zenith in a cabinet similiar to that, very nice quality. It was too beaten up, though, so I junked it.
