mstaton, I'd be all over it, but I have neither the space in my house nor a vehicle big enough to haul it . Looks like a nice unit.
Didn't know C-M once made high-end gear. I've only seen the name on black plastic Chinese sets from the 90s. Somebody licensed the name, evidently.

What a monster! I can barely lift one end of my B&W CM combo console, you'd need four people to move this one!

I don't know why but the center leg is distrubing to me...I hope it gets saved
I keep thinking some kind of outer limits monster. |

I see it.....
A three-legged one-eyed rubber-suited monster.
I agree it should be saved, but having said that, I think it's kind of homely. A lot of that old C-M stuff is, in my opinion. Hope I didn't step on someones toes by saying so. "We now return control of your television to you....." |

I sort of like the styling, though it is a tad clunky.

This was obviously NOT a set for a meek, shy person-Kinda like a '59 Caddy Eldorado convertible in fire engine red.....(grin)

Curtis Mathes went cheap on all the components similar to Emerson. The bezel is very cheap plastic you can see that they really wanted to make lots of profit on these guys.
