Ctc 28 service folder

Any one have a copy of A RCA CTC 28 service folder I need to fix mine it has a slight movement in the picture it looks like the voltage is slightly changing somewhere. I tap on areas of the chassis and it don't seem to be a loose connection I will have to figure it out.
