Panasonic/JVC BTH1390YN 13" monitor
I have one of these with weak/no video. The tube seems ok, but I have no idea what its voltages should be (G2, etc) because I can find neither the manual, nor any information on the 13" CRT. The tube is a M34AFA13X02 (what happened to our simpler way of numbering them?)
I have HV and can see waveforms for the guns, but no video. Black screen. It is a broadcast monitor still in use, BTW. The screen voltage reads 499 volts, which seems low to me. And the 'screen' pot on the flyback has no effect. HV is around 22k. Screen voltage is the same whether or not there is video, which does occasionally pop in weakly. Only visible if brightness and contrast are maxed out.
