RTV in NYC RF channel 2 virtual 42-3

It's a low power signal, digital WKOB, but with a good rooftop antenna you might be able to pull it in. VHF channel 2 is the RF channel, but as we have a virtual channel 2 in this city (WCBS) this channel is virtual channel 42.

TVfool has this data:

WKOB-LD (Digital)
Channel: 2
Network:
Maximum ERP: 0.300 kW
Coordinates: 40.752249 -73.967250

It looks like they have a construction permit to move to the UHF band and an application to actually be on ch 42:

I suspect that very low power digital at the low end of the VHF band ain't working very well!
