Pretty neat...seem to be a lot of orphaned combos around and I would think many of those could receive this transplant without to much trouble. A good save just for the flyback.

If that is a High Light crt they produce a great picture. As far as parts go, ctc17-35 had mostly interchangeable parts. 38 is a different beast. This is then they started to move into solid state. Looks like the convergence board didnt make it.
Good crt to practice cataract removal on.

Yeah, the 38 and the updated 39 were the last two chassis that were used in RCA console sets. I think the 38 was made from '68-'70 and the 39 was from '71-'74.
