1950 12" Philco
Here's a 1950 12" round CRT Philco that I brought back from SC. All I know about it at this point is that the CRT test good as far as emission goes. There is a slight indication of an H-K short; but, the meter needle does not move no where near into the "BAD" area on my tester. I'm looking forward to getting this one up and running.

Cool! That's a 50T-1403 I think.
I have the very similar 50T-1401. CRT test likes new, but it's nasty inside. Looks like someone picked it clean. ![]()

My grandparents had one like this back in its day, here Xmas 1951:
The frame on yours is clear, where theirs looked white.

The OP has a 50T-1400. Your Grandma and Grandpa had a 1403, which is far and away the most common of the three. The 1400 and 1401 turn up much much less frequently.
