There's another in Fon-du-Lac for $10 although it's not fully functional.

Well, the $10 one is missing a door over the controls. That must account for $790 of the difference between them.

I don't think so. The item description for the first set (in California) mentioned something about the small screens being used for security cameras, so I'm thinking this TV was made for use with security systems having monochrome cameras. The large main screen was for regular TV viewing (so the security guard wouldn't be bored to death looking at the small ones all the time), although I suppose even that screen could be used with a security camera if absolutely necessary (an installation with security cameras in four locations, for example).
