RCA Farnsworth 6023 image converter tube on Ebay

I've came across a very interesting item on Ebay, a RCA Farnsworth 6023 image converter tube:

I was wondering if anyone here has any information at all on this tube as I can't find anything on it on the Google search?

I have one of those around here somewhere. Too bad it's gone to air. There was article on making a night vision scope with this tube in a magazine called Radio Electronics back in the mid 80s IIRC.

The title of that listing is incorrect - it's actually a 6032.

Thank you so much for posting that magazine article , I'm thinking of buying this tube and building a night vision camera myself seeing not a great deal of parts are needed.
