Haven't seen one quite like that before. Late 40's? I don't see any visible ion burn and it looks complete. Hopefully it was put away in exchange for a big 50's model and never touched again. I'd bet it's quite savable, but I agree... the price is scary.

I like that Zenith, but I's only be willing to pay 1/4 of what he's asking considering it's untested.

Hey fellow VKer's. Unless, I'm mistaken, looks to me that the Zenith has a motor drive tuner that was used with a wired remote. It's a low end model with a fabric covered cabinet. It seems to be fairly clean and complete. Throw them an offer.

It does look like it has a motor attached to the tuner.
That would probably be the 'Lazy Bones" system, it'll be hard to find the controller for it, and expensive I suspect.
