This tv was brought to me from Kalamazoo, Mi. 23 years ago. It's a Spartan table model tv. I rebuilt chassis, and, replaced dud pix tube, and, though contrast was lousy, set actually worked!
It needs alot of help. The cabinet had been severely burned on one side, and, part of front. One knob was severely melted. I've got a replacement for that. I need channel selector, and, fine tunning knobs, hv cage door, and, back cover. Maybe even a better case? I certainly need a replacement mask. It had apparently been dammaged by some means. It's actually completely broken in two. Can anyone help me save this cutie. One was recently on the bay, but, way over priced at 299.00! Here are some pics of this poor sad thing...... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Can anybody help me seriously save this poor wreck? Hoffies, no need for you to add your two cent's worth. Thanks, guys. Gee, I donno, Bill... I kinda like the way it is. That's a testimonial there. I'll bet you'd be much happier with it if you just re-flow the lacquer a little. I remember an ad for Western Electric years ago. One of their plastic desk phones went through a fire, and was all melted & black. *But*, when they lifted the receiver, dial tone could be heard!
