Cool 60's Zenith SC B&W
The center of the CRT looks a little dark like the neck is broken but it could just be an illusion.

The picture looks either squished vertically, or stretched horizontally. I like the style of that, If I had money to waste I'd grab it. I doubt I'd use it enough to make it worthwhile right now. I do have lots of parts for those sets though.
