No, you sure don't. I think VK'er Chad Hauris has a setup like this on his youtube channel (retrochad).

I do have this same 3-TV unit but still need to make a video of it operating. It has a remote control to change the sound between the 3 sets, mute sound, or turn off power.

That reminds me of a product Sony had with...

two similar sized screens in a similar cabinet set-up with a wired remote that was like a black round handle having a small red button that when pressed would freeze the screen on the left(I think left). Otherwise both screens were the same picture. Anybody have one of those?
