The control layout puts it between around '76 and '79. Could be a CCII or a System 3 as I've seen that same control layout used on both.
Yes, it's a little high; but, it could be much worse. And, he might negotiate.

i dont think 100 is too high.if you want an avanti then it might be a steal.if it were a working flat chassis-100 would be a bargain.would gladly pay it and grasp it in my grubby,greedy,slimy, oily, hands and run as fast as my short, thick,hairy,powerful,legs will carry me.grinning from ear to ear like a chesire cat.
sorry guys,i was just fantasizing.it is a dream set for me.not an avanti,the flat chassis zenith.any cabinet will do!
