Packard Bell cq634 color wood tube table top
This is one of the ones from South Carolina. Japan made, could be Mitsubishi. Has vertical issues and the crt is weak but should rejuve. It is full of those gray Japanese caps that get leaky and go open.

I'm going to vote for Mitsubishi. The chassis appears to be handwired; so, no PC boards to give trouble.

I say it's a Matsushita built set.

It's covered in Sams 1020. I think that's the only "early American" tabletop I've ever seen.

There was another one I grabbed thats got that American made wrap wround tube chassis like the consoles. This one is low on the list, the other one is one of my favorites.

No threads on the bottom for spindle legs? Legs would make it a "consolette."
