Inexpensive ESR Meter

I just received an ESR Micro v3.1 meter in the mail from Russia and it's a neat little helper! I thought I'd share info on this as it cost me a lot less than the ESR meters/kits sold domestically. There's a website on it at:

I hit the buy now button and got the Russian web site, not translated. Did you use pay pal? how long was the wait for delivery?
