Check with Paramount Home Video. They own it.
I know a few years ago one could buy individual seasons of shows. After many years of seeing only the color episodes, I was thrilled when Nick At Nite first got started with their nighttime broadcasts of My Three Sons back in the early 1980's. The B/W shows are excellent, and William Frawley as Bub, is great. William Demarest as Uncle Charley was great, too, but he was not Frawley.

There are two seasons (so far) of My Three Sons on (legitimate) DVD.
Because of the cost they don't use the original Frank DeVol music (except for the into I think) but have had generic music dubbed in. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...e+sons&x=0&y=0
