What model & chassis used in this Zenith?
I was watching the classic TV show "Bewitched" which always used Zenith TV's as props during the shows run.
Can somebody identify this Zenith TV used in the '69-'70 season, I know they used an Zenith with the single knob VHF UHF tuner in the '68-'69 season.

It looks like either a 12A12C52/12A13C52, a 4-tube hybrid, or less likely but possible, the all-solid state flat chassis 25DC56. I've seen all those chassis with that tuner style. But most likely it's the 12A1xC52.

If anything Doug should know as he has got all the Zenith manuals covering the time frame of the set in question.
I thought they were still using mostly an all tube (More than 4 tubes) chassis but also using a solid state board assy that was fixed to the chassis. The all solid state chassis would be more in line with the use of Chroma color CRT's in around '71-'72. Although I have seen a similar knob config used in a 1968 model before they went for the single knob VHF/UHF tuner arrangement. Last edited by daro; 11-23-2009 at 04:31 AM.

Its a 1971 model B4736M, The "Exeter" using the 12B14C50 chassis.
