Garish avocado-green shag carpet... My 1974 GMC motorhome came with that when it was new!

I think some of those narrow GE console TV sets used a portable chassis and CRT and partial cabinet (the front and rear).

Not "had", HAS. They're in excellent condition still. I just recently replaced the original green bucket seats and the all-electric AC/DC refrigerator from 1974. It still works, just maybe not in 105-degree-plus weather.

Looks like a cheap apartment in the 1960s... Or fair accomodations in Hell? I guess I'm not a fan of 60s modern. Nice TV though, and those are as flat as they look. I've worked on a few of them.

Last month we fixed up a Bronco II for a customer; he is going to tow it behind his GM RV. I'm anxious to see that rig up close-right now it is at a shop fixing some engine problem.

Despite everything being on a big circuit board, GE sets of this one's era were real workhorses, rivaling Zeniths if not for picture quality then certainly for longevity.
