Extremely oddball value in an extremely difficult to find package. Vishay makes fusable resistors, but NOT a 0.1 in a 1/2W (the best they have is a 2W wirewound), and they make everything...
Forget the fusable part...I've never seen a fusable resistor save a bloody thing...transistors blow way too fast for a fusable resistor to help. Huntington Electric has a 1W 0.1 ohm 1% resistor that should be fine as long as the physical size isn't a problem. It measures about 2.8mm in diameter by 9.8mm long. Digikey part #ALSR1F-.10-ND
