Looks to be a black & white unit from the early '60s, but pretty nice anyway.

Judging from the TT and radio, this is an early to mid 60s piece.

Reminds me of the combo I saw in the thrift store with the round color tube.

DAMN! I could've been watching Green Acres all this time on a roundie.

Doh!

It didn't even occur to me that this was a B&W unit

I just picked up this set saturday after waiting a couple weeks to take the trip to Toledo, Why did I buy this? I haven't a damn clue!
Seems the other bidder backed out and...
One thing to say though, It looks like this one was never used and kept in a little used room or something. No scratches on the cabinet, All original tubes with mid 1961 date codes, All original screws in the back, Even the plastic stuck behind the screw on the back where the manual/warranty info bag hung! almost no dust in it either!
But it does have it's share of problems, Crappy cartridge on the phono, One output transformer on the stereo is going south, And the tv has a slight hv arcing problem. Gets a good picture with no antenna though! Geez! I have to stop getting these combos!

Is that a remote set? Looks like a mic on the lower right. Looks nice. Glad you picked it up or else you know what would have happened to it..........

I thought it was a remote set in the ebay pics also, But I could not be that lucky...
It was a photocell that RCA called "magic eye" that adjusted contrast and brightness to room light levels. ho hum big deal...

Just wished someone else near me liked this stuff!
