'79 19" RCA CTC91 colortrak

So, I went to the SA to drop off some unwanted LP's and they hit me up about repairing a couple TV's. The first one was a '90's 19" BPC Sanyo and the other one was this '79 RCA colortrak. Our arrangement is that I fix the TV's, they sell them, and we split the money. The Sanyo only needed the vertical IC and a few power resistors resoldered to the PC board.

The RCA is another story. Here are it's problems.
A. Main filter cap is bad
B. Wrong channel number displayed. Probably due to a dirty keypad.
C. CRT is not the best. It's not bad; but, it's not great, either.
D. Customer controls need cleaning
E. Although not evident, I'm sure there are loose connections in the tuner and control modules.

They probably can't get over $25 for such a set, leaving me with $12.50. I'm not too excited about doing all of that work for $12.50. I'll explain to them what all is wrong and see if they want to give me the set or sell it to me for maybe $5. They ought to give it to me since I went to the trouble of checking it. It is a clean looking set. Looks better than the '94 Sanyo.
