REM CRT Tester/Rejuvanator?

I continue to drag things home from my friends TV shop. Saturday's haul included a plain looking case, opened up to reveal a REM CRT tester/rejuvanator. I'm not sure if I've ever heard of them before; seems to be similiar in some ways to a Beltron. (but I've never seen one of those in person) Anybody have any experience with one?
